I act as a thinking partner with my clients, helping create new possibilities and potential. My coaching unlocks flourishment, fulfillment, and flow.
I began applying my coaching skills when managing a team of 16 analysts for a $16B asset manager and when I began serving on the board of companies.

Testimonials
AP, CEO Industrial Supply Business
“Christian’s endlessly curious nature and compelling questions helped me take on new perspectives and problem solve. He helped me grow my business and see the world differently. He started working with me when I became CEO and helped us achieve a 4x return on our original purchase price.”
DT, CIO of a large Asset Mangement Firm
“I started working with Christian as my coach when I was looking for a professional from asset management with a strong focus on learning and developing and uncovering different manifestations of the flow state.
Christian is unique in his ability to cover a lot of material from books, podcasts, and personal interactions and offer his interpretation, his insight in a form that is accessible and actionable. He is a person who is learning and growing all the time, his internal practice, his physical training routines, and his explorations outside of his professional life are truly inspiring. I am glad that I started working with Christian. “
TS, VP at a SaaS Co.
“Working with Christian was a very beneficial experience. This experience enabled me to get another tool which I refer to as a seatbelt. As I encountered issues, I felt a seatbelt tugging me and allowing me to process the situation, respond better, and utilize the tools I learned from his coaching. Having a good sounding board and a non-biased person to plan conversations and talk through real scenarios was truly beneficial. I recommend working with Christian to anyone who wants to execute their goals.”
